So Jewellery uses Royal Mail First Class Signed For, Special Delivery and Airsure postal services. Transactions are processed in pounds sterling.

Signed For and Special Service: Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.

Delivery Restrictions: Regrettably there are some postcodes that our courier service cannot reach in order to fulfil a Next Day service. The following postcodes will be delivered to within 2-3 working days:

Highlands – FK17-22, G83, IV1-28, IV33-39, KW1-3, KW5-14, PA21-33, PA35-40, PH15-16, PH18-26, PH30-42
Islands – HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27, KA28, KW15-17, PA20, PA34, PA41-48, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3
Scotland - AB31, AB33-38, AB44-56, IV30-32
All BT, JE , GY, IM, TR (Scilly Isles) postcodes

European & International Delivery:
The European and International delivery options become available once you select a non-UK country as part of the delivery address.

Please note that orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the dispatch of your order.

Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. VAT (20%) is removed from your order at checkout.

Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.



We want you to have complete confidence when shopping with So Jewellery. We are therefore happy to enable you to return any products at your own cost within 14 days of delivery.

Please note the following important information:

1. Refunds or exchanges must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Regrettably we are unable to refund earrings. This is due to hygiene reasons and does not affect your statutory rights.

2. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels reaching our offices successfully and we therefore recommend that you use Royal Mail's signed for (tracked) service, special delivery service (tracked and insured) or an insured courier service of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the cost of these returns.

3. Please note that your original carriage charge is non-refundable, except where products are returned as faulty.

A. Refund (unwanted goods)
B. Exchange (please include details of like-for-like exchange)
C. Faulty (please describe the fault)

Please note that if you are returning an order for a refund that qualified for a free gift, the free gift must also be returned before the refund is processed. If returning an item in our sale the equivalent sale price value will be refunded.


If you would like to exchange an item for the same item again (usually when the first item is faulty or the wrong ring size), simply return the item to us with details of the item you wish to replace it with and we will process your exchange for you within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to exchange your unwanted item for a different item, please follow the returns procedure above and place another order for the new item that you require.

Conditions of Refund:

All products returned (when not faulty) must be unused, in pristine condition and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, in normal circumstances, we are unable to accept returns later than 14 days after the dispatch date of those items. We regret that we are unable to refund earrings for hygiene reasons.
Refunds will always be processed onto the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods.
Carriage (where charged) is non-refundable, except where products are returned as faulty.

Faulty returns:
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty, please return it to us and we will carry out a full inspection of the item. Where the fault is considered genuine by our customer services department we will be happy to offer a full refund. Please contact us for advice, prior to returning such any faulty items on +44 (0) 208 892 7000.
